Refund Policy

At VEROSTY, all products are inspected before shipping to ensure proper condition.

Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days after delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size chosen by customer
  • Normal wear or minor cosmetic differences
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers
  • Orders marked as delivered by tracking
  • Items returned without approval

Product Variations
Product appearance, color, or packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturing batches or screen differences. These differences are not considered defects.

Damaged Items
Customers must provide photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us before opening any dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order blocking.
